Sr. Manager, Product - Voice AI

We’re now investing in Voice AI to make our products more natural, accessible, and always-on for customers.

As Sr. Manager, Product – Voice AI, you will own the end-to-end strategy and roadmap for integrating voice technologies into BTN’s AI platforms. You will partner with engineering, AI/ML teams, and business stakeholders to design and launch voice-driven features (voice search, natural conversation, real-time meeting prep, multilingual capabilities, etc.) that help our customers (wineries, distilleries, breweries, and CPG suppliers) use AI more intuitively.

This is both a strategic and execution role — you’ll define the product vision, manage the roadmap, and ensure successful delivery of voice-enabled features.

• Define the Voice AI product strategy and roadmap, aligned with BTN’s AI platforms.
• Work closely with AI/ML engineers on speech recognition, text-to-speech, and natural language understanding use cases.
• Translate business goals into voice product experiences.
• Design conversational flows (voice queries, prompts, error handling).
• Partner with UX/UI team to make voice a core part of dashboards and mobile/web apps.
• Identify and manage external APIs and partners (e.g., Whisper, ElevenLabs, Azure Cognitive Speech, Google Speech).
• Collaborate with sales and customer success to gather feedback and improve adoption.
• Define and track KPIs (voice query accuracy, latency, engagement, adoption).
• Stay updated on voice AI trends (multimodal AI, multilingual voice, embedded assistants).

• 3–5+ years of product management experience, with at least 3 years in Voice AI / Conversational AI / NLP.
• Experience with speech recognition, TTS, conversational design, or related AI frameworks.
• Strong background in SaaS product management (bonus if in AI, CPG, or B2B tools).
• Ability to work with technical teams (ML, NLP, APIs) and translate into product features.
• Experience with Twillo, Vonage, RingCentral, OpenAI Whisper, Google Dialogflow, Amazon Lex, or Microsoft Azure Speech is a plus.
• Strong business acumen — can tie voice AI to customer growth and ROI.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.

The role is from Vadodara office. You must work from the office. Hours are 9.30am to 6.30am Monday to Friday. Please only apply if you plan to work from Vadodara (Gujarat) office.
