We are looking for a proactive and results-oriented Digital Marketing Executive to join our growing marketing team. The ideal candidate is passionate about digital marketing trends, skilled at creating and executing effective campaigns, and has a strong understanding of various digital platforms and BTN’s industry-leading assets. Key Responsibilities: Digital Campaign Management: Plan, execute, and monitor digital marketing campaigns across platforms such as social media, email marketing, and web. Analyze campaign performance and provide actionable insights to optimize ROI and brand visibility. Content Creation and Strategy: Develop engaging content (blogs, videos, infographics, etc.) aligned with BTN’s voice and mission to attract industry professionals. Collaborate with designers and content writers to create high-quality assets for digital channels. Social Media Management: Manage social media accounts, ensuring consistent brand voice and engagement with the target audience. Grow and engage with followers through creative strategies, timely responses, and Influencer collaborations. SEO and Analytics: Implement on-page and off-page SEO strategies to improve search rankings and drive organic traffic. Work with the web team to optimize website content for user experience and lead generation. Event Promotion: Plan and execute digital strategies to promote BTN’s events, such as webinars, trade shows, competitions, and educational sessions. Collaborate with the event manager to align marketing efforts with event goals. Performance Tracking and Reporting: Generate regular reports detailing social media performance and insights every month end. Take note of your own targets v/s achieved numbers. Show more Show less
