Location: Vadodara Gujarat, India (On-site opportunity only)

Timing: 11 am-8 pm (Mon-Fri)

Salary: 30,000/month

We are looking for a proactive and results-oriented Digital Marketing Executive to join our growing marketing team. The ideal candidate is passionate about digital marketing trends, skilled at creating and executing effective campaigns, and has a strong understanding of various digital platforms and BTN’s industry-leading assets. Key Responsibilities:

1.Digital Campaign Management:

• Plan, execute, and monitor digital marketing campaigns across platforms such as social media, email marketing, and web.
• Analyze campaign performance and provide actionable insights to optimize ROI and brand visibility.

2. Content Creation and Strategy:

• Develop engaging content (blogs, videos, infographics, etc.) aligned with BTN’s voice and mission to attract industry professionals.
• Collaborate with designers and content writers to create high-quality assets for digital channels.

3.Social Media Management: 

• Manage social media accounts, ensuring consistent brand voice and engagement with the target audience.
• Grow and engage with followers through creative strategies, timely responses, and Influencer collaborations.

4.SEO and Analytics:

• Implement on-page and off-page SEO strategies to improve search rankings and drive organic traffic.
• Work with the web team to optimize website content for user experience and lead generation.

5.Event Promotion:

• Plan and execute digital strategies to promote BTN’s events, such as webinars, trade shows, competitions, and educational sessions.
• Collaborate with the event manager to align marketing efforts with event goals.

6.Performance Tracking and Reporting: 

• Generate regular reports detailing social media performance and insights every month end.
• Take note of your own targets v/s achieved numbers.
