Sr. Manager - HR Operations (Plant)

1. HR Strategy & Planning:

 Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the overall business strategy.

 Lead workforce planning, succession planning, and talent management initiatives.  Collaborate with senior leadership to identify organisational development needs and propose effective solutions.

2. Compensation & Benefits:

 Design and manage competitive compensation structures and benefits programs.

 Ensure compensation practices comply with regulatory requirements and are competitive in the market.  Conduct market research and salary surveys to analyse compensation trends.

 Oversee the administration of employee benefits such as health insurance, retirement plans, and wellness programs.

3. Compliance & Risk Management:

 Ensure all HR policies and practices comply with labour laws and regulations.

 Lead the organisation's compliance efforts related to employment law, EEO, and other regulatory requirements.

 Conduct audits and risk assessments to identify potential HR-related risks and implement mitigation strategies.

4. HR Metrics & Reporting:

 Develop and analyse HR metrics and KPIs to track organisational performance.

 Use data-driven insights to recommend improvements to HR processes and programs.

 Prepare and present HR reports to senior leadership, highlighting key trends and areas of focus.

5. Grievances & People Management:

 Act as a trusted adviser to management and employees, resolving employee grievances, conflicts, and disputes effectively.

 Implement best practices in employee engagement, retention, and career development.

 Provide leadership and support to the HR team, ensuring they are well-equipped to handle HR functions.  Lead employee relations programs to ensure a positive and productive work

environment
