About the Role As Manager, India HR, you will serve as a key partner to business leaders and employees across all India operations. You will provide strategic and operational HR guidance in alignment with global HR and commercial strategies. This role combines core HR responsibilities with leadership of office administration to ensure a high-performing and engaged workforce. Responsibilities HR Leadership Act as the first point of contact for HR support to employees and line managers. Provide strategic input to business planning, budgeting, and organizational development. Partner with leadership to attract, develop, and retain talent for short- and long-term success. Design and implement India-specific HR strategies, programs, and policies. Manage performance management, compensation cycles, and recognition programs. Address employee relations issues including conflict resolution and investigations. Foster a culture aligned with HSO’s values; lead engagement and internal communication efforts. Support cross-functional and global HR initiatives, including audits and relocations. Analyze HR data to drive informed decision-making and policy improvements. Ensure compliance with local labor laws and global HR policies. Administrative Oversight Oversee office administration, ensuring smooth daily operations. Manage office assets, events, travel, vendors, and facilities. Supervise and develop the Admin team, promoting operational excellence and professional growth. Monitor budgets and vendor contracts to ensure timely execution and payment. Qualifications Experience: 5–8 years in HR, including at least 2–3 years in a managerial capacity, ideally in a multinational, matrixed environment. Experience in the medical device industry is a plus. Education: Bachelor’s degree in any discipline; Master’s degree in Human Resources preferred. Required Skills Strong interpersonal and communication capabilities. Proven ability to influence and negotiate with stakeholders. High integrity, initiative, and self-motivation.
