Senior Manager – Finance

🔹 Your Core Responsibilities:

1. Investor Relationship Management

   – MIS, data room, presentations, and board communication

2. Regulatory & Statutory Compliances

   – Oversee and ensure timely compliances

3. Concurrent Audit

   – Set up and ensure day to day concurrent audit for critical transactions.

4. Profitability Analytics

    – Deep dive into cost, margins, growth levers at PO, Sales Person and Customer level.

5. Cash Flow & Treasury Management

   – Planning, tracking, and optimizing capital

🔹 What We’re Looking For:

• Qualified CA

  or

  MBA Finance

• Minimum 7 years

  of relevant experience
• Extremely

  strong with numbers

  , MIS, financial models, and strategic insights
• High IQ, analytical mindset, and ownership attitude
• Willingness to

  relocate to Gurgaon

  and work closely with the Founder and leadership team
