Sr. Manager Finance

As a Senior Manager - Finance, your role will involve overseeing and managing financial operations for India, US, and UK entities. You will be responsible for various key tasks including: - Preparation, reporting, and finalization of financial statements for the mentioned entities. - Managing audits, controls, and ensuring compliance with legal entities. - Handling monthly and yearly book closing activities such as BRS, invoice booking, accruals, and capitalization. - Reviewing and ensuring compliance with Transfer Pricing regulations. - Coordinating and supporting multiple teams including revenue and business finance. - Preparing full sets of Annual/Half-yearly standalone and Consolidated financials. - Managing and developing your team to drive excellence. - Providing support on process excellence, ERP, and automation initiatives. - Coordinating with Statutory and internal auditors effectively. Qualifications required for this role include: - CA/CPA/MBA in Finance or related field. - 4-7 years of post-qualification experience in a corporate/consulting environment, with global exposure preferred. - Experience in startups, especially in the technology-enabled space, will be advantageous. - Demonstrated ability to coordinate with multiple internal/external teams. - Knowledge of US Gaap, IndAS, IFRS. - Familiarity with ERP environments, specifically Oracle NetSuite, will be a plus. - Experience in automating processes. - Strong written and verbal communication skills.
