Sr. Manager Finance

You are a dynamic and experienced Senior Manager - Finance responsible for overseeing and managing financial operations across India, US, and UK entities. Your role involves managing audits, financial reporting, compliance, and automation initiatives while driving excellence in processes. Your responsibilities include preparing, reporting, and finalizing financial statements for India, US, and UK entities. You will also manage audits, controls, and compliances for legal entities, monthly, and yearly book closing activities. Additionally, you will review and ensure compliance with Transfer Pricing regulations, coordinate and support multiple teams, and prepare Annual/Half-yearly standalone and Consolidated financials. As the ideal candidate, you should have a CA/CPA/MBA in Finance or related field with 4-7 years of post-qualification experience in a corporate/consulting environment, preferably with global exposure. Experience in startups and technology-enabled spaces is a plus. You should possess knowledge of US Gaap, IndAS, IFRS, ERP environments (specifically Oracle NetSuite), and process automation. Excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential. In this role, you will also be responsible for team management and development, supporting process excellence, ERP, and automation initiatives. Coordinating with Statutory and internal auditors is a key aspect of this position.
