We are expanding our team and looking for an experienced Senior Recruiter to drive end-to-end talent acquisition for critical roles across our projects and business units.Position OverviewThe candidate will lead recruitment efforts for mid to senior-level positions, particularly in technical domains. This role requires a seasoned recruiter with strong experience in core technical hiring, preferably in areas such as CBG or other renewable energy projects. The ideal candidate should have a proven track record of managing complete recruitment cycles, from talent sourcing to final closure with leadership.Key Roles & Responsibilities
- End-to-End Recruitment Ownership
Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from understanding business requirements, sourcing, screening, scheduling, and final closures.
Partner with business heads and hiring managers to understand role requirements, technical needs, and team expectations.
Identify and attract top talent through job portals, LinkedIn, networking, headhunting, and referrals.
Conduct preliminary screening and first & second-round interviews to assess candidate fit.
Coordinate with technical teams for technical interviews.
Schedule and align interviews with the CEO/Director for final evaluation.
Drive recruitment for technical positions across renewable energy projects (CBG, Solar, etc.).
Maintain structured interview processes, ensuring timely updates and feedback loops.
Track recruitment metrics (TAT, offer-to-join ratio, source effectiveness).
Ensure a seamless and professional candidate experience throughout the process.
- Vendor & Agency Coordination
Manage recruitment partners/agencies when required, ensuring quality and timely delivery.
Represent LR Energy positively in the talent market and contribute to strengthening our employer brand.
Provide regular recruitment status reports, dashboards, and hiring updates to senior management.
Qualifications & Skills
Postgraduate in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.8+ years of core recruitment experience, with a strong focus on technical hiring.Prior experience in renewable energy, engineering, infrastructure, or related industries preferred.Proven ability to manage end-to-end hiring for senior-level and niche technical positions.
Hands-on Experience With Keka (HRMS/ATS), Including
