In this role you will be involved in overseeing financial activities, budgeting, forecasting, and risk management while reporting directly to the Director Finance.

Roles & Responsibilities

· Overall Financial Planning & cash flow management

· Review and analysis of MIS reports

· Review meeting with the concerned stakeholders

· Assisting Sales team in Costing & Pricing related decisions

· Review , implementation and management of Business plans

· Review and modification of systems & processes.

· Formulating Overall internal Audit plan for all the Business units

· Preparation of weekly cash flow statements -

· Supervision and management of accounts to ensure accuracy of accounts and timely completion -

· Ensuring timely payment of statutory dues and timely submission of all statutory returns.

· Monthly payroll management

· Cost management & control

Skills & Qualifications

Strong fundamentals in Accounting info – ability to independently extract data from Tally and export to .xls, etc for analysis; strong in .xls
Preferably an extrovert / outgoing personality who can / will make quick friends with operating peer level personnel – high ability to interact in professional discussions
Some exposure to manufacturing environment, particularly to a factory working (manufacturing systems / processes) may be desirable.

Education: B. Com with CA/CMA Inter

Experience: 8-10 Years
