Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

HR Systems and Processes

  • Implement and optimize HR systems and workflows to streamline HR operations and enhance overall efficiency.
  • Maintain accurate employee records while ensuring compliance with data privacy and security standards using internal ATS.

Strategic HR Leadership

  • Develop and execute HR strategies aligned with business objectives to support organizational goals.
  • Drive organizational development initiatives, fostering a culture of continuous improvement, innovation, and employee growth.
  • Lead and manage the HR team, ensuring alignment with the companys mission and vision.

Talent Acquisition and Management

  • Oversee recruitment and hiring processes to attract and retain top-tier talent across departments.
  • Design and implement effective strategies for employee retention, career development, and succession planning.

Employee Relations and Engagement

  • Foster a positive and inclusive work environment by providing guidance and support on HR-related matters.
  • Develop programs to promote employee engagement, satisfaction, and retention.

Compliance and Policy Management

  • Ensure organizational compliance with labor laws, employment regulations, and internal policies.
  • Regularly review and update HR policies to ensure alignment with company objectives and legal requirements.

Qualifications:

  • Experience

    : Minimum 5 years in HR Management or a similar senior HR role, preferably in staffing or recruiting industry (300+ employees).
  • Education

    : Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master's degree is preferred.
  • Certifications

    : any HR certifications are a plus
  • Skills

    :
  • Strong knowledge of HR practices, employment laws, and industry best practices.
  • Proven leadership abilities with experience in managing and developing high-performing teams.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and collaboration skills.
  • Strategic mindset with the ability to translate business needs into effective HR initiatives.
  • Proficiency in HR software, systems, and data analytics tools.
