Job Title: Order to cash -Sr. Executive (Order Management) – Night Shift (Male Candidate- English speaking is must)
Location: Sector-62, Noida
Job Type: Full-time, Night Shift (6:30 PM to 4 AM)
Experience: 5-6 years
Key Responsibilities:
- Order Management: Important and Main Task
- Receive, review, and process customer orders, ensuring they comply with terms and agreements.
- Coordinate with the sales, inventory, and logistics teams to confirm product availability and delivery timelines.
- Ensure proper documentation for each order (e.g., purchase orders, sales agreements).
- Order Fulfillment & Shipment Coordination:
- Track and manage the order fulfillment process to ensure timely and accurate deliveries.
- Coordinate with the logistics team to manage shipping details and address any delays or issues.
- Communicate with customers about delivery schedules, tracking information, and potential delays.
- Billing & Invoicing: Basic Knowledge required only
- Prepare and send accurate invoices based on completed orders and delivery details.
- Ensure that all invoices reflect correct prices, taxes, discounts, and terms of payment.
- Resolve any billing discrepancies in collaboration with finance and sales teams.
- Accounts Receivable & Payment Collection: Basic Knowledge
- Monitor outstanding invoices and follow up with customers for timely payments.
- Manage and apply payments received from customers accurately in the system.
- Handle cash application, ensuring payments are matched to corresponding invoices.
- Credit Management: Basic Knowledge
- Review customer credit limits and assess the financial risk associated with new or large orders.
- Coordinate with the finance team to set appropriate credit terms and policies for customers.
- Address overdue invoices by initiating collections processes or engaging in negotiations.
- Customer Relationship Management: Important Task
- Serve as the point of contact for customers regarding orders, billing inquiries, and payment status.
- Resolve customer issues related to orders, deliveries, and payments efficiently and professionally.
- Maintain positive relationships with key customers to ensure smooth transactions and repeat business.
- Reporting & Analysis:
- Generate regular reports on order status, payment collections, overdue invoices, and cash flow.
- Track key performance indicators (KPIs) for the O2C process, such as Days Sales Outstanding (DSO).
- Identify process bottlenecks and recommend improvements to streamline operations.
- Compliance & Documentation:
- Ensure all O2C activities comply with company policies, legal requirements, and industry regulations.
- Maintain accurate records of all transactions, including contracts, purchase orders, and communications.
Key Requirements:
- 5-6 years of experience in order processing, O2C, order management executive, or a similar role.
- Male candidate preferred due to the nature of the shift.
- ERP, CRM etc software experience.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English are a must.
- Ability to work during night shifts.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Problem-solving mindset and proactive approach to managing operational challenges.
