Sr. Executive Order Management

You will be responsible for managing the order to cash process, ensuring smooth transactions and repeat business. Your key responsibilities will include: - **Order Management**: Receive, review, and process customer orders, coordinate with internal teams, and ensure proper documentation for each order. - **Order Fulfillment & Shipment Coordination**: Track and manage the order fulfillment process, coordinate with logistics for timely deliveries, and communicate with customers about delivery schedules. - **Billing & Invoicing**: Prepare and send accurate invoices, resolve billing discrepancies, and collaborate with finance and sales teams. - **Credit Management**: Review customer credit limits, coordinate with finance for credit terms, and address overdue invoices. - **Customer Relationship Management**: Maintain positive relationships with key customers for smooth transactions. - **Reporting & Analysis**: Track KPIs for the O2C process, identify process bottlenecks, and recommend improvements. - **Compliance & Documentation**: Ensure all O2C activities comply with company policies and maintain accurate records of all transactions. Key requirements for this role include: - 5-6 years of experience in order processing, O2C, or order management. - Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English. - Ability to work night shifts with strong attention to detail and multitasking abilities.
