Job Description

Logistics Coordination

  • Plan, schedule, and execute material dispatches to various project sites.
  • Coordinate with transporters and ensure timely delivery of materials.
  • Verify DCs (Delivery Challans), GRNs (Goods Receipt Notes), and logistics documentation.

Site Coordination

  • Ensure availability of materials, tools, and equipment as per site requirements.
  • Coordinate with site engineers and warehouse team for real-time stock updates.
  • Monitor and report site inventory levels, material usage, and requirements

Vendor & Team Coordination

  • Liaise with vendors for dispatch-related issues and delays.
  • Lead site support staff and ensure discipline and task allocation.
  • Conduct periodic meetings with cross-functional teams for operational updates.

Reporting & Documentation

  • Submit daily/weekly reports of material dispatch and site stock status.
  • Maintain proper documentation and share it with the concerned departments.
  • Use ERP/Salesforce/SAP systems for updating logistics and site data (as applicable).
