Job Description

Flexsin Technologies is looking for a results-driven INSIDE SALES EXECUTIVES to manage inbound and outbound sales calls, convert leads into customers, and support the sales team in driving revenue growth. The responsibilities include handling sales inquiries, managing the sales pipeline, making outbound calls to potential clients, qualifying leads, conducting product demonstrations, and updating the CRM with accurate data. The ideal candidate should have a Bachelor's degree and at least 4 years of experience in inside sales in the software services field in the US geography. Strong communication, problem-solving, and negotiation skills are essential, along with the ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
