You are a dynamic and highly motivated Team Lead - MEAN with immediate availability to join Flexsin Technologies. In this role, you will lead and oversee projects of varying sizes across multiple domains, showcasing your strong technical knowledge, exceptional project management skills, and ability to thrive in a consulting environment. Your responsibilities will include providing technical leadership by demonstrating proficiency in programming languages like Java, React.Js, and Node.js. You will offer guidance to project teams, ensuring the successful execution of technical tasks. Additionally, you will develop comprehensive project plans, manage project timelines and resources, and align project goals with client expectations and company objectives. Utilizing your diverse project experience, you will adapt to various domains, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and drive project success in different business areas. As a Team Lead, you will provide clear direction, motivation, and support to team members, ensuring project goals are met within specified timelines and budgets. You will implement quality control processes, maintain accurate project documentation, and provide regular updates to senior management and stakeholders. Your qualifications should include a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, with a Master's degree preferred, along with a minimum of 8 years of total working experience and 3-5 years of project management experience. Strong technical background in backend languages like Node.js, experience in a consulting environment, and proficiency in source code management tools and databases are essential. Prior team management experience in an Agile/Scrum environment, knowledge of Node.js, Express.js, and Microservices, and experience with UI libraries like Angular and React are desired skills.
