Job Description Flexsin Technologies is seeking a results-driven INSIDE SALES EXECUTIVES. The KRA's of the role is to identify the comanies and right contacts research about the client, outreach through calls, emails, linkedIn convert them into a prospect to maintain a healthy sales pipeline. Responsibilities Identifying and qualifying potential leads through inbound and outbound lead generation methods such as cold calling, email campaigns, and online research. Conduct services/solutions demonstrations and explain the company’s capabilities. Qualifying leads, identifying customer needs, and providing solutions aligned with the company’s offerings. Maintaining a high level of knowledge about the company’s services and solutions. Maintaining and updating the CRM with accurate customer and sales data. Collaborating with the sales team to meet and exceed sales targets. Provide regular reports on sales activities, including calls made, leads generated, and deals closed. Manage follow-up processes to keep leads engaged and moving through the sales pipeline. Conduct market research to identify trends, competition, and potential opportunities. Required Skills /Experience Bachelor’s degree in Business/Marketing, Communications, or Computer Science. 4+ years of experience in inside sales in a software services field in the US geography, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. Solid understanding of the sales process and customer relationship management. Experience in customer relationship management (CRM) and using CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot). Understanding of lead generation and prospecting techniques. Familiarity with using sales automation tools and platforms. Knowledge of market research and lead generation techniques. Expertise in the B2B sales process. Experience in conducting virtual meetings and services demos. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build customer rapport. Excellent problem-solving and negotiation skills and a customer-focused mindset. Ability to multitask and manage time effectively to meet sales goals. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work in a fast-paced environment. Show more Show less
