Job Description At Flexsin Technologies, We are seeking a knowledgeable Odoo Functional Consultant to join our dynamic team and help our clients optimize their business processes using the Odoo ERP platform. Responsibilities The Odoo Functional Consultant will act as the bridge between business stakeholders and the technical development team, gathering requirements, analyzing business processes, and configuring Odoo modules to meet client needs. The ideal candidate possesses deep functional knowledge of Odoo ERP, strong analytical skills, and experience in customizing business workflows to align with industry best practices. Key Responsibilities Requirement Gathering & Analysis: Collaborate with clients and internal teams to understand business processes, challenges, and goals. Translate business requirements into detailed functional specifications for Odoo implementation. Odoo Implementation & Configuration Configure Odoo modules such as Sales, Purchase, Inventory, Manufacturing, Accounting, CRM, HR, and others based on client needs. Customize workflows and business logic without extensive coding, using Odoo’s built-in configuration options. Solution Design & Validation Design solutions aligned with client objectives and industry standards. Create process flow diagrams, user stories, and functional documentation. Conduct user acceptance testing (UAT) and ensure client sign-off. Training & Support Provide training sessions and documentation to client teams for smooth transition and adoption. Offer post-implementation support and troubleshooting to ensure system stability and performance. Continuous Improvement: Stay updated on Odoo releases and new functionalities. Recommend enhancements and best practices to clients for process optimization. Required Skills And Qualifications Proven experience as an Odoo Functional Consultant or ERP Functional Consultant (minimum 3 years preferred). Strong understanding of core Odoo modules and their business applications. Experience in industries such as manufacturing, retail, healthcare, finance, or e-commerce is a plus. Excellent communication skills for interacting with clients and technical teams. Ability to map complex business processes and identify improvement opportunities. Familiarity with basic technical concepts such as Odoo workflows, data models, and API integration is advantageous. Ability to create clear, comprehensive documentation and training materials. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Preferred Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or related field. Odoo Functional Certification or equivalent. Experience with custom module development coordination alongside developers. Knowledge of accounting standards and compliance is a plus.
