Position – Sr. Executive – HR Generalist/Asst. Manager (HR)- (Industrial Equipment & Infrastructure Division)

Experience – 06 to 10 Years

Qualification – MBA (HR) or any other relevant field

Location – Ajmer (Rajasthan)

Key Responsibilities:

1. Recruitment & Onboarding

• Manage end-to-end recruitment process (sourcing, screening, coordinating interviews).
• Prepare offer letters, appointment letters, and onboarding documents.
• Conduct employee induction and ensure smooth joining formalities.

• Must have experience in hiring related to infra projects (eg. Site Engineers, Production Engineers etc)

2. Employee Lifecycle Management

• Maintain employee records and HRMIS updates.
• Manage confirmation, transfers, promotions, and other HR actions.
• Handle exit processes, including exit interviews and full & final settlements.

3. Attendance & Payroll Support

• Monitor daily attendance, leaves, and shift records (In House & Site).
• Prepare monthly attendance inputs for payroll.
• Support payroll processing and resolve employee queries.

4. Performance Management

• Assist in the annual appraisal cycle.
• Maintain performance records and support improvement plans.

5. Compliance & Policy Implementation

• Ensure statutory compliance (PF, ESIC, Gratuity, etc.).
• Assist in audits and documentation.
• Implement HR policies and ensure adherence across departments.

6. HR Operations & Support

• Prepare HR reports (attrition, manpower, attendance, recruitment status).
• Support administrative tasks as required.
