Job Title: Senior HR Executive — Digital Marketing Agency

Location: Delhi (Onsite only)
Salary: ₹35,000–₹45,000 per month (In-Hand)

We are expanding rapidly and looking for a skilled Senior HR Executive who can lead recruitment, drive employee engagement, and strengthen HR operations as we scale.

Key Responsibilities:

Recruitment & Talent Acquisition:

• Manage end-to-end hiring for digital marketing profiles (Performance Marketing, Amazon PPC, Content, SEO, Social Media, Client Servicing, etc.)
• Use LinkedIn Recruiter Lite, job portals, social media, and referrals for talent sourcing.
• Conduct screening, interviews, salary negotiations, and onboarding.
• Coordinate background verification and joining formalities.

HR Operations:

• Manage payroll processing, maintain employee records, and ensure policy compliance.
• Handle statutory compliance including PF, ESI, gratuity, and labor laws.
• Maintain and update HR policies as per organizational needs.

Employee Engagement:

• Plan and implement engagement activities for both remote and onsite employees.
• Foster a positive, collaborative, and high-performing work culture.

Training & Development:

• Identify skill gaps and organize training programs.
• Measure training effectiveness and track employee development.

Compliance & Problem Solving:

• Proactively resolve employee grievances and performance issues.
• Ensure 100% compliance with all HR-related statutory requirements.

Data-Driven HR:

• Use HR metrics and analytics to improve hiring, retention, and productivity.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Minimum 2 years of HR experience, preferably from a Digital Marketing Agency / E-commerce / Startup.
• Strong experience in recruitment for digital roles.
• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
• Proficient with LinkedIn Recruiter Lite, ATS systems, Excel, and Google Workspace.
• Knowledge of Indian labor laws (PF, gratuity, compliance).
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Candidate:

• Hands-on hiring experience for digital marketing functions like Paid Ads, Amazon PPC, Content, Creative, and Client Servicing roles.
• Experience managing both remote and hybrid teams.
• Strong data orientation with ability to make decisions based on HR analytics.
