We are expanding our HR team to strengthen our plant people systems, capability-building framework, and compliance-driven HR discipline.

Role Overview

dynamic, disciplined, and execution-focused Sr. HR Executive

This is a role for those who own the plant floor — not a desk-only HR profile.

Key Responsibilities

Core HR Operations

  • Manage

    end-to-end employee life cycle

    : recruitment, onboarding, induction & confirmation.
  • Maintain HRMS, attendance, leave management, and payroll coordination with accuracy and discipline.

People & Shopfloor Engagement

  • Drive structured

    employee communication, counselling, and grievance resolution

    .
  • Lead

    employee engagement initiatives

    , welfare activities, and team-building programs.
  • Coordinate

    contract workforce management

    with agencies effectively & ethically.

Compliance & Audit Excellence

  • Ensure 100% compliance with

    Factories Act, CLRA, ESIC, PF, Bonus, Gratuity, Wages Act

    , etc.
  • Prepare and maintain

    statutory registers, records, notices, and audit documentation

    .
  • Drive adherence to

    FSSC 22000 / SMETA / BRCGS / Customer audits

    through behavioural & HR controls.

Training & Capability Building

  • Structure skill-gap assessment and competency-based training plans.
  • Conduct regular sessions on HR policies, POSH, hygiene, safety & code of conduct.
  • Strengthen discipline, performance accountability & teamwork culture on shop floor.

What You Bring

  • Education:

    MBA/PGDM in HR / MSW / MHRM
  • Experience:

    3–8 years in Plant HR / Manufacturing HR

    (FMCG, Food, Dairy, Beverage preferred)
  • Technical Competencies:

  • Hands-on with

    HRMS / Attendance Systems (Biometric/Beehive preferred)

  • Strong understanding of

    Labour Laws & Statutory Compliances

  • Skilled in

    contract labour management & vendor coordination

Leadership Attributes

  • High ownership mindset & execution speed
  • Strong interpersonal maturity and conflict-handling capability
  • Ability to work closely with production, QA, maintenance & security teams
  • Calm, clear and structured communicator under pressure
