Job Description

As a Human Resources (HR) intern at Hindustan Foods Limited, you will have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. Your role will involve assisting with various HR functions and projects while developing your skills in MS-Excel, spoken and written English proficiency.

Selected Intern’s Day-to-day Responsibilities Include

Support the HR team in recruitment processes by assisting with job postings, candidate screenings, and scheduling interviews.
Help with onboarding new employees by preparing documentation, conducting orientations, and ensuring a smooth transition into the company.
Assist in organizing and facilitating training sessions and workshops for employees on various HR topics.
Contribute to the maintenance of employee records and databases, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality at all times.
Support the HR team in payroll processing, benefits administration, and other HR-related tasks as needed.
Collaborate with managers and employees to address HR-related inquiries and provide timely and effective solutions.
Participate in special projects and initiatives aimed at enhancing the overall employee experience and promoting a positive work environment.
