We are seeking a highly experienced Epicor ERP Consultant with at least 7 years of hands-on experience in implementing, customizing, and supporting Epicor ERP systems. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in Epicor version 9 (mandatory), with experience in version 10 or higher (Kinetic) being a plus.

This role involves working across various modules including Finance, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, CRM, Inventory, and Procurement, and contributing to production site setup, integration, and custom reporting.

• Lead or support full-cycle Epicor ERP implementations, upgrades, and migrations.
• Configure and manage Inventory and Procurement modules.
• Drive Production Site Setup including:
• Creation of material items.
• Defining and managing Bill of Materials (BOM).
• Setting up production routings and job flows.
• Customize Epicor using BPMs, BAQs, Dashboards, and C#/.NET tools.
• Analyze business requirements and build scalable ERP solutions.
• Collaborate across Finance, Manufacturing, and Supply Chain teams to improve workflows.
• Build and maintain custom reports using SSRS, Crystal Reports, or Power BI.
• Integrate Epicor with third-party tools and services using EDI and REST APIs.
• Ensure data integrity, security, and smooth operation of the ERP system.
• Maintain documentation including technical specs, user guides, and change logs.
• Provide training and ongoing support to end users and key stakeholders.

• 7+ years of hands-on experience with Epicor ERP version 9.
• Experience with Epicor version 10 or Kinetic is a strong plus.
• In-depth understanding of modules: Financials, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, CRM, Inventory, Procurement.
• Strong experience in BOM, job setups, and shop floor processes.
• Proficient in BPMs, BAQs, Dashboards, C#, .NET, SQL Server, and T-SQL.
• Exposure to data migration, EDI, and custom integrations.
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, remote work environment.

• Epicor Certifications in one or more functional areas.
• Familiarity with Epicor Kinetic UI and customization framework.
• Experience with Power BI, REST APIs, and advanced reporting tools.
• Background in manufacturing or distribution is desirable.
• Exposure to multi-site production environments is a plus.
