Technical Skills

  • Networking Technologies:
    • In-depth knowledge of LAN technologies including STP, VLAN, and VTP.
    • Proficiency in network management protocols such as NTP, ACL, VRRP, HSRP.
  • Aruba Equipment:
    • Expertise in configuring and troubleshooting Aruba controllers and access points (Models: 7240, 7210, 315, 515, 375, 305, 315, 205, 105, 203, AP11, 2930F, 3810M, 5406, 8320, 8400).
    • Hands on experience with Aruba Mobility Master, ClearPass, and Airwave NMS.
  • Cisco Equipment:
    • Experience in deploying and configuring Cisco switches and wireless controllers.
    • Familiarity with Cisco switches and routers for network deployment.
  • Troubleshooting Skills:
    • Strong expertise in diagnosing and resolving network issues.
    • Ability to perform root cause analysis for network outages and apply appropriate fixes.
  • Network Services:
    • Configuration and management of DHCP services.
    • Comprehensive understanding of network security protocols and configurations, ensuring secure network communication.
  • Reporting & Documentation:
    • Ability to generate detailed network-related reports for management and decision-making.
    • Skilled in documenting network configurations and tracking changes to ensure up-to-date network records.

Operational Skills

  • Incident Management:
    • Experience handling P1 tickets in a mission-critical environment, ensuring rapid issue resolution.
    • Proven ability to adhere to SLA requirements and resolve high-priority incidents efficiently.
  • 24x7 Support Experience:
    • Capable of providing support and operating within a 24x7 network environment, ensuring uninterrupted network service.

Interpersonal Skills

  • Communication Skills:
    • Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively communicate with cross-functional teams, clients, and management.
