Responsibilities

Strong skills in AutoCAD & CAD drafting (AutoCAD, MicroStation)

Understanding of telecom network architecture (fiber, copper, wireless, Tower structures)

Create detailed CAD drawings for RAN, fiber optic networks, FTTH (Fiber-to-the-Home), and enterprise access networks

Incorporate survey data, redlines, and as-built information into CAD designs.

Familiarity with permitting processes and civil engineering basics along with German language skills

Ability to interpret field notes and integrate them into design

Taking ownership of customer issues reported, solving their problems through by providing resolution.

Researching, diagnosing, troubleshooting, identifying solutions to resolve system/application issues.
Following standard procedures for proper escalation of unresolved issues to the appropriate internal teams Ensure SLA are achieved & work proactively to maintain the same. Desired Skill sets Demonstration of problem-solving skills Prior experience of providing customer service support in fast paced, high availability, 24X7 environments.
