We are seeking a highly skilled Architect with over 5 years of experience in Architectural design and expertise in Building Information Modeling (BIM) and Autodesk Revit for our team in Aurangabad, MH, India. As an Architect BIM with Revit, you will be responsible for leading architectural design and coordination efforts by utilizing BIM methodologies and tools, primarily Autodesk Revit. Your key responsibilities will include leading the architectural design process, developing detailed models and construction documents for various projects, coordinating with other teams to ensure seamless integration, conducting design reviews, mentoring junior architects and BIM technicians, presenting design strategies to stakeholders, and staying updated with the latest BIM advancements. To qualify for this role, you should possess a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture, a minimum of 5 years of architectural design experience with strong Revit proficiency, proven experience in leading BIM projects, knowledge of local building codes and regulations, excellent communication and coordination skills, familiarity with tools like AutoCAD, Navisworks, SketchUp, or Rhino, and preferably hold a BIM certification or Autodesk Revit Professional Certification.
