Job Overview:

We are seeking a Senior Digital Marketing Specialist with proven expertise in Performance Marketing, LinkedIn Campaigns, Paid and Organic Social Media Strategy, and Email Marketing. The ideal candidate will lead digital campaigns end-to-end, optimize for ROI, and build a consistent online presence across platforms to drive leads, engagement, and conversions.

Key Responsibilities:Performance Marketing:

  • Plan and execute high-converting paid campaigns on Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn.
  • Monitor and optimize campaign performance through A/B testing, audience segmentation, and advanced targeting.
  • Track and report KPIs such as CPC, CPA, ROAS, CTR, etc.
  • Manage marketing budget and provide forecasting & cost efficiency reports.

Social Media & LinkedIn:

  • Develop and implement B2B and B2C strategies for LinkedIn and other platforms.
  • Design LinkedIn lead generation campaigns, sponsored content, and retargeting strategies.
  • Coordinate content calendars, creatives, and captions with design and content teams.
  • Stay updated with platform algorithm changes and trends.

Email Marketing:

  • Create and manage email campaigns using platforms like Mailchimp, Zoho Campaigns, HubSpot, etc.
  • Segment lists and personalize emails to increase open and click rates.
  • Set up automation workflows for lead nurturing and retention.

Additional Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with content, design, and web teams to align messaging and creative assets.
  • Analyze user behavior via tools like Google Analytics, Hotjar, and Meta Pixel.
  • Conduct competitor analysis and market research to identify growth opportunities.
  • Drive SEO/SEM initiatives where required.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3 years hands-on experience in performance marketing and digital campaigns.
  • Strong command of tools: Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, CRM/Email platforms.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong verbal and written communication.

Preferred:

  • Experience working in B2B industries or agencies.
  • Certifications in Google Ads, Meta Blueprint, or HubSpot.
  • Knowledge of SEO and content strategy is a plus.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹16,338.07 - ₹45,000.00 per month
