Sr. Digital Marketing Specialist

Key Responsibilities :

• Plan, execute and optimize campaigns across Google Ads, Facebook/Instagram, LinkedIn and other paid channels.
• Develop SEO and SEM strategies to increase organic visibility and website traffic.
• Manage content marketing efforts including blogs, email campaigns, and social media.
• Monitor campaign performance using analytics tools, generate reports and recommend improvements.
• Research market trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.
• Collaborate with design and content teams to create engaging creatives and landing pages.

Desired Skills & Qualifications :

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field (MBA preferred).
• 2–5 years of proven experience in digital marketing and performance campaigns.
• Hands-on experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO tools (e.g. SEMrush, Ahrefs), and analytics platforms.
• Strong understanding of lead generation, conversion tracking, and ROI optimization.
• Excellent communication, analytical, and project management skills.
