Sr. Commercial Executive

Key Responsibilities:

1. Order Management:

• Execute end-to-end order management — from quotations and sales orders to invoicing.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure accurate and timely order processing.

2. Yamaha Rental Cart Business:

• Manage Yamaha Rental Cart operations across Tamil Nadu, Karnataka, and Goa.
• Handle rental cart inventory, customer coordination, and operations planning.

3. Sales Support & Reporting:

• Coordinate and follow up with sales managers across India.
• Prepare and maintain reports such as stock status, order status, sales vs. target, and monthly sales reports.
• Analyze and update CRM data, website inquiries, DC reports, and open sales order reports.

4. Logistics Coordination:

• Work closely with logistics for timely dispatches and deliveries.
• Schedule and coordinate shipments and resolve transportation or dispatch issues.

5. Purchase & Documentation:

• Generate purchase orders and GRNs for customization and asset purchases through SAP B1.
• Follow up with vendors for payment and order completion.

6. Record Management:

• Maintain and analyze Yamaha stock projections, order-in-hand, and yearly sales reports.
• Track enquiries, conversions, and sales performance of each sales manager.

Required Skills:

• Proficient in MS Excel and SAP B1.
• Strong communication and coordination skills.
• Good product and market knowledge (automobile/golf cart/industrial equipment preferred).
• Excellent record management and reporting ability.
• Ability to build rapport with clients and internal teams.

Education & Experience:

• Graduate / Postgraduate in Business, Commerce, or related field.
• 5 years of experience in Sales Coordination, Order Management, or similar roles (preferably in manufacturing or trading industry).
