Schedule and coordinate shipments and resolve transportation or dispatch issues. 5. Purchase & Documentation: Generate purchase orders and GRNs for customization and asset purchases through SAP B1. Follow up with vendors for payment and order completion. 6. Record Management: Maintain and analyze Yamaha stock projections, order-in-hand, and yearly sales reports. Track enquiries, conversions, and sales performance of each sales manager. Required Skills: Proficient in MS Excel and SAP B1. Strong communication and coordination skills. Good product and market knowledge (automobile/golf cart/industrial equipment preferred). Excellent record management and reporting ability. Ability to build rapport with clients and internal teams. Education & Experience: Graduate / Postgraduate in Business, Commerce, or related field. 5 years of experience in Sales Coordination, Order Management, or similar roles (preferably in manufacturing or trading industry).
