Job Purpose:

To provide reliable and safe transportation services for company staff, documents, and goods, and to ensure the assigned vehicle is well-maintained and in good running condition.

Key Responsibilities:

• Safely transport employees, guests, and company personnel to and from specified locations.
• Deliver and collect official documents, materials, and other items as required.
• Maintain the cleanliness and proper functioning of the vehicle.
• Always follow traffic rules and regulations.
• Ensure timely reporting for daily duty and scheduled trips.
• Perform basic vehicle maintenance (e.g., checking oil, water, brakes, tire pressure).
• Report any mechanical issues or accidents immediately to the supervisor.
• Maintain a logbook of daily trips, fuel consumption, and vehicle servicing.
• Assist with other general office duties as needed.

Requirements:

• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Familiarity with local routes and traffic regulations.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Punctual, reliable, and responsible.
• Physically fit and able to sit for long periods while driving.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including overtime when needed.
• Able to speak Hindi & English

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
