Job Summary: We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Procurement Executive with 4–5 years of relevant experience in procurement or supply chain management. The ideal candidate should have a background in Mechanical or Civil Engineering , or an MBA , with a strong understanding of sourcing, vendor management, cost control, and contract negotiation in an engineering or construction-oriented industry. Key Responsibilities: Manage end-to-end procurement processes, including sourcing, supplier evaluation, negotiation, and contracting. Collaborate with project teams and internal stakeholders to understand material and service requirements. Identify reliable suppliers, establish and maintain strong vendor relationships. Ensure timely procurement of materials and services as per project requirements and timelines. Monitor market trends, pricing, and material availability to optimize procurement strategies. Evaluate supplier performance based on quality, delivery timelines, and cost effectiveness. Maintain procurement records, including purchase orders, contracts, and payment documents. Assist in developing procurement plans and strategies aligned with organizational goals. Ensure compliance with internal policies, quality standards, and regulatory requirements. Required Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Civil Engineering, MBA, Operations, or related discipline will also be considered. 4–5 years of hands-on experience in procurement. Strong negotiation, communication, and analytical skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced environment. Experience with import/export logistics and global sourcing is a plus. Exposure to sustainable procurement practices.
