JCB operator

Key Responsibilities

• Operate JCB machines (Backhoe Loader, Excavator, etc.) to perform digging, leveling, loading, and other earthmoving tasks.
• Follow instructions from supervisors regarding job site operations and safety.
• Conduct daily checks and routine maintenance of the JCB machine to ensure proper functioning.
• Identify and report any mechanical issues or necessary repairs to the maintenance team.
• Ensure safety measures are followed on-site, including safe machine operation and workplace conduct.
• Assist with other duties on-site when not operating machinery, as required.

Qualifications and Experience

• Minimum of 2-3 years of proven experience as a JCB Operator in construction or related industries.
• Valid JCB Operator license or certification (as per local regulatory requirements).
• Knowledge of basic mechanical systems and the ability to perform routine maintenance.
• Strong understanding of construction site safety and operational procedures.
• Physically fit and able to work in challenging environments.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Shillong, Meghalaya: Reliably commute or willing to relocate with an employer-provided relocation package (Preferred)
