Project Manager (Civil)

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee all phases of civil construction projects, including planning, scheduling, budgeting, and execution.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and clients to ensure smooth project progress.
• Monitor site activities to ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
• Manage project documentation, contracts, and progress reports.
• Resolve technical and management issues as they arise during the project lifecycle.
• Track project performance and identify areas for improvement.
• Ensure timely delivery of materials and manage site resources effectively.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in civil project management.
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and legal regulations.
• Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Primavera).
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
