Responsibilities
RESPONSIBILITIES
Lead B2B sales for Fire Alarm, Public address, Gas suppression and Aspirating smoke system , focusing on Industrial vertical. Identify new business opportunities in the vertical like Oil & Gas, Power, Metal, Cement and Chemical & fertilizers industries. Achieve revenue and margin above set quota in support of Annual Operating Plan. Experience of working with LV consultants, End Users, Govt. departments, PMCs, Electrical contractors, System Integrators to engage and do seminars and related activities for getting brand approved and generate revenue in preferred list.
CUSTOMER MANAGEMENT
- Develop and manage relationships with key industrial accounts, consultants, PMC and EPC contractors. Meet new customers and expand Opportunities funnel.
- To maintain and develop relationships with existing customers and managing Key accounts.
- Responsible for Accurate forecast of revenue and growth opportunities in territory / segment
SALES & COMMERCIAL ACTIVITIES
- Prepare techno-commercial proposals and drive solution-based sales.
- Ensure Order closure and drive strong Sale
- Responsible for the achievement of assigned revenue targets.
- Support end-to-end sales cycle including pre-sales engagement, site surveys, client discussions and closures.
- Collaborate closely with channel partners and internals team members for seamless order closures.
- Maintain healthy opportunity pipeline and accurate forecasting using CRM tools.
LOCAL PROMOTIONS
- Ensure local Promotion Plan is executed as per schedule with adherence to Brand Guidelines.
- Conduct periodical meets with Influencers such as Consultants, End Users, GCs and other Key Influencers.
- Represent the company in seminars, roadshows, and industry events.
Qualifications
YOU MUST HAVE
- Engineer Degree/Graduate along with MBA preferably.
- Good communication skills

- Minimum 7 years of experience of similar field.
- Prior experience in handling North India industrial clients and consultants.
