Role Overview We’re looking for a Field Sales Executive to expand our client base in HR, training, and staffing solutions . If you have hands-on field or B2B sales experience in HR services , we’d love to connect. Key Responsibilities Identify and convert new clients for recruitment, training, and HR consulting services Conduct field visits and deliver engaging client presentations Meet monthly sales targets and generate a strong lead pipeline Maintain accurate records using CRM tools Collaborate with internal teams for client delivery and support Requirements 1–4 years of field sales experience in HR services, recruitment, training, or consulting Strong communication, negotiation & relationship-building skills Target-driven, self-motivated, and comfortable with client-facing roles Willingness to travel locally across Mumbai Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month Benefits: Provident Fund Schedule: Day shift Morning shift Supplemental Pay: Performance bonus Ability to commute/relocate: Thane, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required) Experience: BDE: 1 year (Required) Language: English (Required) Work Location: In person
