AWS Cloud Engineer

Job Description

Position: Cloud Engineer Experience: 2–3 Years Location: Mumbai Reporting To: [e.g., Cloud Infrastructure Lead / Head of IT] Job Overview: We are looking for a highly motivated Cloud Engineer with 2–3 years of hands-on experience in managing and optimizing AWS and NTT cloud infrastructures. The ideal candidate will be well-versed in cloud security, automation, cost optimization, and hybrid/multi-cloud setups. Key Responsibilities: Cloud Infrastructure: Deploy and manage AWS resources (EC2, Lambda, VPCs, ALB/ELB, SES/SNS). Networking: Configure VPCs, subnets, security groups, VPNs, and routing. Security: Manage IAM, encryption, WAF, and monitoring tools (CloudTrail, CloudWatch). Automation: Use Terraform, Ansible, and CloudFormation for IaC and configuration. Monitoring & DR: Set up alerts, manage logs, implement backup/DR strategies. Cost Optimization: Monitor and optimize cloud spending using AWS tools. Advanced Management: Set up Landing Zones, Control Tower, and manage AWS Organizations. Required Skills: Proficiency in AWS (EC2, Lambda, VPC, SES, SNS, CloudFormation). Strong networking and security knowledge (IAM, WAF, firewalls). Experience with automation tools (Terraform, Ansible). Familiarity with hybrid/multi-cloud setups and DC-DR configurations. Scripting knowledge (Python, Bash) for automation. Strong troubleshooting, documentation, and team collaboration skills.
