What You’ll Do: Build Epic Relationships: Connect with leading finance firms, banks, and corporates to unlock job and internship opportunities for students. Drive Strategic Partnerships: Develop and execute placement strategies that build strong industry connections and boost student outcomes. Lead Placement Events: Plan and execute engaging placement drives, job fairs, and career events. Collaborate with Academics: Partner with the academic team to match students with the right roles and opportunities. Track Industry Trends: Stay on top of finance hiring patterns and bring those insights into strategy and planning. Celebrate & Report: Monitor placement data, track success metrics, and always look for the next win! What You’ll Bring: Experience: 3+ years in placements, corporate partnerships, or business development (bonus if it's in finance or EdTech!). Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, HR, or a related field (MBA is a plus, not mandatory). Networking Pro: You genuinely enjoy building long-term relationships and connecting with people.
