Job Summary:

Responsibilities:

  • Manage the

    entire sales lifecycle

    from lead generation to successful

    lead conversion and onboarding

    .
  • Proactively reach out to potential clients via

    Upwork, PPH, Guru, and LinkedIn

    , understand their project requirements, and initiate communication.
  • Prepare detailed and persuasive

    proposals, quotations, and technical documentation

    tailored to client needs.
  • Conduct client meetings (email, chat, video calls) to discuss project scope, timelines, and value propositions.
  • Coordinate with internal technical and project teams to ensure alignment between client expectations and service offerings.
  • Maintain and nurture strong relationships with prospects through timely follow-ups and communication.
  • Close deals effectively and hand over converted projects to the delivery team with all necessary documentation.
  • Maintain accurate sales records, pipelines, and performance metrics using CRM tools.


Requirements:

  • 2–4 years of experience

    in business development or sales in the IT industry, with a focus on

    web and mobile app services

    .
  • Proven success in

    client communication, proposal writing, and lead conversion

    on platforms like

    Upwork, PPH, Guru, and LinkedIn

    .
  • Strong understanding of

    frontend/backend web technologies

    and mobile development frameworks (React Native, Flutter).
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
  • Experience with CRM tools and sales tracking.


Educational Qualification

  • Any Graduate (BBA, BCA, B.Tech, B. Com, etc.).
  • MBA or PG Diploma in Marketing/IT is preferred.
