Client Management & Sales Growth Build and maintain relationships with customers at technical, commercial, and management levels. Conduct regular customer visits to understand requirements, ongoing projects, and pain points. Prepare and deliver product demos, samples, and technical presentations. Ensure volume growth, monthly order generation, and consistent follow-up. C. Technical Coordination Work closely with the technical team for sample development, colour matching, trials, and troubleshooting. Collect technical feedback and communicate effectively internally. D. Commercial Activities Negotiate prices, payment terms, credit limits, and profitability. Prepare quotations, costing sheets, and commercial proposals. Ensure timely receivables collection and adherence to credit timelines. E. Market Research Track competitor offerings, pricing, and strategies. Identify new market segments where PU coatings can be introduced. Provide regular MIS reports on sales pipeline, conversions, and competitor insights. F. Internal Reporting & Processes Maintain a detailed sales pipeline and visit tracker (Google Sheets or CRM). Timely reporting of daily calls, weekly plans, and monthly achievements.
