About the Role:

We are hiring a Senior Business Analyst to drive business performance tracking, insights, and decision-making across key business functions. You will be at the center of decision-making, partnering with marketing, sales, supply chain, finance, and product teams to ensure execution excellence and data insight-driven growth.

Who We’re Looking For:

• Experience

  : 3–4 years in analytics role

• Education

  : Tier-1 colleges (IITs, BITS, NITs, IIITs, ISI, etc.).

• Skills

  :
• Hardcore SQL & strong Excel skills
• Deep problem-solving & RCA capability
• Business sense & cross-functional collaboration
• High ownership, accountability, and structured thinking
• Proven experience in conducting RCAs, delivering insights, and influencing decisions
• High bias for ownership, speed, and accountability.
• Ability to think critically and problem-solve independently.

What You’ll Do:

• Monitor key metrics to understand daily and weekly business performance.
• Identify “what worked” and “what didn’t,” and deep-dive into underperforming segments.
• Independently conduct root cause analyses and present actionable insights.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, sales, finance, supply chain, and product teams.
• Drive initiatives that improve business outcomes through continuous data-backed improvements.
• Track and automate key dashboards and reports to simplify performance monitoring.
• Manage and mentor junior analysts, fostering a high-performance, analytical culture.
