Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sr. Business Analyst located in New Delhi. The Sr. Business Analyst will be responsible for analyzing business processes and requirements, developing business strategies, and communicating with stakeholders. The individual will use their analytical skills to provide insights and solutions that align with business objectives.

Qualifications

• Strong Analytical Skills for data interpretation and problem-solving
• Experience in Business Analysis and developing Business Requirements
• Proficiency in business analysis tools like :- Agile, Scrum, Tableau
• Excellent Communication skills for stakeholder interaction
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field
• Ability to work effectively on-site in New Delhi
• Experience in the analytics or training industry is a plus
