- 8+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in US Healthcare products.
- Able to analyze and expand a one liner problem statement, customer pain problems into an solution considering internal and external stakeholders perspectives.
- Strong domain understanding of US healthcare workflows, patient intake, RCM, clinical documentation, patient communication platforms.
- Strong understanding and hands on work experience with at least one of the EHR/PM systems like Veradigm, Greenway.
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Ability to write clear agile based user stories, acceptance criteria, and process flows.
- Ability to create user journey maps, business flows.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, attention to detail and critical thinking skills.
- Excellent verbal, interpersonal and written communication skills.
- Experience working with distributed/remote teams.
- Experience to lead, conduct and facilitate requirements elicitation workshops, user interviews, and meetings with internal and external stakeholders to capture, analyze, and validate business problems and arrive at the solutions.
- Act as the SME on US healthcare workflows to work closely with CTO/VP/PO/Architects/Cross Teams in defining and refining product solutions and design.
- Able to identify for the proposed solutions from a technical and business point of view the dependencies and potential impacts across modules.
- Able to support QA team by clarifying requirements, provide test scenarios that clearly cover all acceptance criteria.
- Participate in the release activities, UAT validation to validate that the final developed product increment meet the defined user story and solves the customer problem.
- Experience with tools like Azure Dev , Figma and SQL basics.
- Experience in creating wireframes, prototypes.
- Able to work closely with the product management , scrum masters, QA/Dev, and engineering team
- Able to facilitate and provide training sessions for the developed product increment to the cross-functional teams - Support, Implementation, Sales/BD, CSM, Marketing.
- Able to maintain iteration backlog for the assigned module based on product roadmap
- Willingness to travel to customer locations for customer /end users feedbacks, discussions
