Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for an Education Counselor, located in New Delhi. The Education Counselor will be responsible for guiding students through our training programs, providing career advice, and helping them understand the benefits of analytical skills. Daily tasks include conducting one-on-one counseling sessions, recommending appropriate training courses, developing individualized learning plans, and maintaining accurate records. The counselor will also collaborate with trainers to monitor student progress and suggest improvements.
