Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Educational Counselor at PRATHAM Test Prep, located in West Delhi. The Educational Counselor will provide expert guidance to students in their academic and career pursuits. Key responsibilities include counseling students on suitable courses based on their goals, addressing students’ academic concerns, offering career advice, and assisting in the decision-making process. The role involves effective communication with students and their families to build trust and ensure academic success.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Educational Consulting and an understanding of various academic entrance processes.
• Strong skills in Student Counseling and Career Counseling to guide students effectively.
• Strong Communication skills to engage with students and parents effectively.
• Background in education or familiarity with academic program structures and career pathways.
• Ability to empathize with students and provide tailored recommendations to suit their aspirations.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Education, Counseling, or a related field is highly desirable.
