We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Education Counselor to join our team at Analytics Training Hub. In this role, you will guide students in their career paths, respond to inquiries, and convert leads into admissions. You will also handle follow-ups, admissions, and fee collection.

Responsibilities:

• Counseling & providing career guidance to students.
• Resolving queries of the students related to courses.
• Ability to convert student inquiries into admissions.
• Inbound/Outbound call.
• Have innovative approach in career counseling.
• Follow-ups for admissions, fees collections, follow-ups for fees, Student feedback, etc.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's/Master’s degree in any field.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Patience, empathy, and a friendly personality.
• Experience:1–2 years preferred. Freshers with strong communication skills are welcome to apply!
