Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Educational Counselor located in the Pune/Pimpri-Chinchwad area. The Educational Counselor will guide students in making informed decisions about their academic and career paths. Daily responsibilities include providing one-on-one counseling, assisting with college and program selection, supporting application preparation, and advising on available financial aid options. The role also involves maintaining relationships with educational institutions and staying updated on emerging opportunities in higher education.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Educational Consulting and Career Counseling to effectively guide students in their academic and career goals
• Expertise in Student Counseling with a focus on addressing individual needs and providing personalized recommendations
• Strong Communication skills, including the ability to empathize with students and clearly convey information
• Experience or knowledge in the Education domain is essential
• Problem-solving abilities and an approachable demeanor to build trust with students and parents
• A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Counseling, Education, Psychology, or a related field
