Role Overview We are looking for dynamic and self-driven Freelance Sales Consultants to join our flagship Global Career Program . As a sales consultant, you will be responsible for engaging with candidates, guiding them about global career opportunities, and driving end-to-end sales closures. This is a 100% remote, commission-based role designed for ambitious professionals who want flexibility, ownership, and high earning potential. Key Responsibilities · Generate, connect, and engage with leads (students & professionals) interested in study abroad and overseas job opportunities. · Counsel candidates about Prime Pathway’s services and assist them in the enrollment process. · Manage the entire sales cycle – lead generation, candidate counseling, and closure. · Build strong relationships with candidates and provide accurate information about opportunities abroad. · Achieve sales targets through independent outreach and conversions. Who Can Apply We are looking for individuals with: · Strong sales or counseling experience (Study Abroad / EdTech / Overseas Education preferred). · Background in Recruitment / Headhunting / Lead Generation with proven ability to connect with candidates. · Excellent communication and convincing skills. · Self-motivated, result-oriented, and able to work independently. · Passion to help candidates explore global opportunities. Role & responsibilities Connect with potential leads (working professionals and students). Counsel candidates about Prime Pathways programs and services. Schedule demo sessions with senior consultants for qualified leads. Follow up with prospects post-demo to address queries and concerns. Convert leads into enrollments by ensuring proper guidance and follow-through. Achieve monthly and quarterly sales/closure targets. Maintain lead data, interactions, and updates in the CRM. Preferred candidate profile Proven experience in sales, counseling, or inside sales roles. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong persuasion and negotiation abilities. Ability to work on targets and deliver consistent results. Prior experience in the education, study abroad sector is an added advantage. Self-driven, proactive, and able to work both independently and as part of a team.
