Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Connect with potential leads (working professionals and students).
Counsel candidates about Prime Pathways programs and services.
Schedule demo sessions with senior consultants for qualified leads.
Follow up with prospects post-demo to address queries and concerns.
Convert leads into enrollments by ensuring proper guidance and follow-through.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales/closure targets.
Maintain lead data, interactions, and updates in the CRM.

Preferred candidate profile

Proven experience in
sales, counseling, or inside sales
roles.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong persuasion and negotiation abilities.
Ability to work on targets and deliver consistent results.
Prior experience in the
education, study abroad sector
is an added advantage.
Self-driven, proactive, and able to work both independently and as part of a team.
