Job Description

Role & responsibilities

  • Connect with potential leads (working professionals and students).
  • Counsel candidates about Prime Pathways programs and services.
  • Schedule demo sessions with senior consultants for qualified leads.
  • Follow up with prospects post-demo to address queries and concerns.
  • Convert leads into enrollments by ensuring proper guidance and follow-through.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales/closure targets.
  • Maintain lead data, interactions, and updates in the CRM.

Preferred candidate profile

  • Proven experience in

    sales, counseling, or inside sales

    roles.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong persuasion and negotiation abilities.
  • Ability to work on targets and deliver consistent results.
  • Prior experience in the

    education, study abroad sector

    is an added advantage.
  • Self-driven, proactive, and able to work both independently and as part of a team.
