100% remote, commission-based role

Key Responsibilities

·       Generate, connect, and engage with leads (students & professionals) interested in study abroad and overseas job opportunities.

·       Counsel candidates about Prime Pathway’s services and assist them in the enrollment process.

·       Manage the entire sales cycle – lead generation, candidate counseling, and closure.

·       Build strong relationships with candidates and provide accurate information about opportunities abroad.

·       Achieve sales targets through independent outreach and conversions.

Who Can Apply

We are looking for individuals with:

sales or counseling experience

Recruitment / Headhunting / Lead Generation

·       Excellent communication and convincing skills.

·       Self-motivated, result-oriented, and able to work independently.

·       Passion to help candidates explore global opportunities.
